1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bhk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any natural person ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the bhk33 website, mobile-optimised site, or any related services made available at bhk33.io and its subdomains.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bhk33 does not accept payments from third-party accounts; the name on your bhk33 account must match the name on your payment account.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is ৳100. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may be higher and are displayed at the point of transaction in your account dashboard. bhk33 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as operationally possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days depending on the receiving institution.

bhk33 may delay a withdrawal where KYC verification is pending, where the account is under a responsible gaming cooling-off period, or where the transaction triggers an internal compliance review. bhk33 will communicate the reason for any delay to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 Transaction Fees

bhk33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges; bhk33 has no control over third-party provider fees.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bhk33 sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules published in the Rules section of the platform, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules applicable to the relevant event. In the event of a conflict between the general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and associated free bets or free spins will be removed from the account without notice and without cash compensation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the prohibitions stated elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly forbidden on the bhk33 platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the bhk33 platform or any game software.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bhk33 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, trade marks, and service marks ("bhk33 Content"), is the exclusive property of bhk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bhk33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. 12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Termination by bhk33

bhk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at bhk33's sole business discretion. Upon termination for cause, bhk33 may retain any balances pending the outcome of an investigation.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. 12.3 Effect of Termination
